Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada. We want getting something beautiful delivered to your door to feel as effortless as wearing it.
Can I return the item(s) if I don’t like them?

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Once it's approved, you'll have a further 30 days to send the item back to us. Returns can be requested once your order has been delivered — not while it's still on its way.

To be returned, items should be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of damage, marks or odours
  • Returned with all original tags and labels attached
How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and 7–14 business days for delivery across Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. During busy periods or sales, it may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@elise-ever.com with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
