These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Elise-Ever Vancouver, reachable at info@elise-ever.com.
1. Applicability
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We recommend reading these documents before completing your purchase.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to keep all information up to date. Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and devices. While we work carefully, occasional typing errors, pricing errors or inaccuracies may occur, and no rights can be derived from these. If a clear pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
- The available payment methods may differ per country.
- Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available for their location.
- All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection.
4. Processing & Delivery
- Processing (dispatch) time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
- Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China; customs or import charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
- The timeframes stated are indicative. Delays caused by high demand, public holidays or customs procedures do not, on their own, give a right to cancellation or refund — but your statutory rights as a consumer always remain unaffected (see section 5).
5. Returns & Cancellations
Please see our separate Returns Policy for all conditions. As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. Once an order is already in processing, we may no longer be able to cancel it before it ships, but your right of withdrawal after delivery still applies.
If you have any problem with your order, please contact us first at info@elise-ever.com before opening a dispute or chargeback — we can almost always resolve it directly and faster.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping when tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided. In all cases, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned. Please always check your address details carefully before ordering.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photos, logos and design — is the property of Elise-Ever Vancouver and may not be used without our prior written permission.
8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@elise-ever.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints about sizing or quality, please always include clear photos and a description so we can resolve your case quickly.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Elise-Ever Vancouver is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. As a consumer, you always retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence.
