We aim to get your order to you as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery policy.
1. Processing Time (Dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that delivery may take a little longer during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method & Origin
To reduce waste and lower our CO₂ footprint, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Because of this, customs or import charges may apply depending on your delivery country, and these are the customer's responsibility.
Our shipping partners are: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS Canada, FedEx Canada
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout and depend on the weight, destination and the shipping option you choose. You will always see the exact cost before you complete your order.
5. Tracking Your Order (Customer Responsibility)
- The customer is responsible for keeping an eye on the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
- The customer should follow whether the parcel is delivered to their home or sent to a pick-up point, and collect it there if needed.
- Is your delivery taking longer than expected, or is something wrong? Always email us first at info@elise-ever.com rather than opening a chargeback or refund — we will look into it right away and help you sort it out.
6. Responsibility During Shipping
- If the tracking information shows the parcel was delivered to the address provided, responsibility passes to the customer.
- Please check your address carefully before ordering. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering via info@elise-ever.com, so we can correct them before the order is dispatched.
